Damon was born in Lubbock, TX. He graduated High School in Austin, TX. He has attended Howard College, South Plains College, Texas State Technical and Abilene Christian University and has a degree in Visual Communication. Damon later worked in Austin, TX at the TXDPS headquarters where he was a Fingerprint Analyst IV for the A.F.I.S.. He has worked as a team member at Westar Commercial Realty as Marketing Director for 10 years, and is also a licensed commercial real estate agent with Westar.
