As the Managing Director of the Residential Division, Dana comes to us with over 26 years of real estate experience holding licenses in Texas as well as New Mexico. After graduating with a degree in Business Management from University Missouri Saint Louis, Dana started her career in real estate in 1995. She moved from her home town of St. Louis to Northern Wisconsin where she bought older houses to repair and sell. With her ability to forecast the need for multifamily properties in that market, she began funding to start building duplexes and other multi-family properties in the local market. Her $3.5 million-dollar portfolio included 26 duplexes, 3 other multi-family units, and several single-family residences. She continued to successfully manage these properties even after her move to Texas in 2004. Dana got her start in Sales Management in the Austin, Texas market. As a Sales Associate for David Weekely Homes and Sales Manager for Toll Brothers Builders, she learned the intricacies of new construction and a high-level sales environment. While at Toll Brothers, Dana managed two offices in one of the busiest markets in Texas. Additionally, she was able to increase her knowledge and expertise to include luxury homes, condos, and townhouses. She was able to leverage her knowledge and extensive experience in new construction sales to also successfully move into other market segments including pre-owned residential homes, luxury homes, and multi-family properties. Dana has impeccable integrity and is community aware. She has a degree in business management from the University Missouri Saint Louis. She insists on being involved in the community as an Ambassador for the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce and volunteering for leadership roles with United Way. She has also been active in Big Brothers/Big Sisters and enjoys participating in volunteer projects supporting and assisting the local homeless community. She is also active with the Lubbock Cooper Central Elementary Parent Association and the Lubbock Independent School District Parent Teacher Association.
