Ms. Snell is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis (1980) and a Master of Science in Consumer Economics and Environmental Design (1991). Cindy is involved in Community and Civic organizations. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra and has served as Trustee for The Museum of Texas Tech University Association, currently serving on the Board and Budget and Finance Committee. Cindy served as President of the Lubbock Alumnae Panhellenic (2005-2006) and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Lubbock, formerly serving as Community Vice-President. Cindy is a member of the Society of Exchange Counselors, based in La Jolla, CA and is the current Chair of their 2011 Awards Committee. Cindy Specializes in commercial brokerage (ranging from investment real estate, including development land to recreational ranches), 1031 Exchanges, bank owned properties and project management of marketing and development. Cindy’s interest include sustainability, environmental and individual health and wellness issues and venues.
