David is a lifelong resident of Lubbock, TX. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University in 1985. Prior to joining Lubbock Westar Commercial Realty, David had 17 years experience in local commercial real estate with three local firms, 13 years experience as a commercial loan officer with a local bank, and 8 years experience as the business administrator at a large Church. He joins Westar Commercial with a specialization in Retail and Office Brokerage and Tenant representation. David completed his CCIM designation in 2007. He is a member of ICSC, Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, Lubbock Association of Realtors, NAR, and TAR. He is also a member of South Plains Volleyball Officials, Lubbock Fly Fishers, Cedar Mills Yacht Club, and Caprock AMBUCS. David has three children Michael, Josh, Rachel and a daughter-in-law Ashley. He spends his time sailing, fly fishing, and officiating high school volleyball.
